Being on a dialup most of the time, I'm frequently irritated by people who habitually put too many images on their main page.  So the rest is after the jump,where I eat a little crow...

Sometimes you outsmart yourself.  First we had this:

But you really can't call it a bug if the user-selected browser preferences screw up the formatting when they override the specified style:

(And a quick fix is just to drag the bottom of the window to increase its size.)
D'oh!
